Wig care/maintenance
FOR STRAIGHT AND WAVY HAIRS
• Always handle wigs gently.
• Brush your wig with a wig brush to remove tangles and spray build up.
• Always straighten/curl up your wig before stepping out to get that georgeous look.
• Hang wig on a wig holder or a mannequin stand or lay your wig flat into a satin bag or box and keep in a safe place free from dusts when not in use.
• Do not use any kind of spray/hair oil on your wig
• Revamp atleast 2-3 times every 2-4 weeks.
• Take it to a professional for optimum styling and hair treatments.
FOR CURLY HAIRS
• Wet hair with a mixture of good leave in conditioner and water before detangling.
• Never brush curly hairs, use a very wide-toothed comb.
• For more defined curls, use a good mousse and leave in conditioner.
• Do not use any king of hair product on your wig.
• Always style your hair before stepping out for a “WOW” look.
• Hang wig on a wig holder or a mannequin stand or lay your wig flat into a satin bag or box and keep in a safe place free from dusts when not in use.
• Revamp atleast 2-3 times every 2-4 weeks.
• Take it to a professional for optimum styling and hair treatments.

DELIVERY POLICY
All orders are shipped within 2-4 working days once ready. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays except an information is passed across.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
RETURN POLICY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that it was received with the original packaging. You may return your item within 48 hours of ship date. In all cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
We do not accept accept returns after 48hours from ship date.
Once return is approved, we will initiate an exchange or refund to your original method of payment.
